摘  要:对2台75t/h循环流化床锅炉出现的对流受热面、炉墙内衬及旋风分离器等严重磨损问题进行了技术分析,提出了防磨措施,降低了磨损速度,提高了燃烧效率和热效率,降低了劳动强度和维修费用,从而保证了循环流化床锅炉运行的安全性、稳定性和经济性。This paper analyzed the wear problems appeared of two of 75t/h CFB boilers, such as wears on the convective heating surface, the inner walls of the boiler, and cyclone separatoretc. Technique measures were taken to reduce the wear on the heat exchange surfaces in order to ensure the safety stability and lconomy of the CFB boilers operation. After the technical reform, the burning efficiency and heat exchange efficiency were in- creased while labor density and maintain cost were lowered.
