摘 要:目的 探讨劳倦、泻下同时施加出血因素对大鼠出、凝血过程中某些环节的影响 ,及益气止血中药在其中的纠正作用。方法 采用游泳、番泻叶、水蛭同时施加于大鼠塑造原模型 ,水蛭施加于脾气虚大鼠塑造新模型 ,从凝血酶原时间 (PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间 (APTT)及血常规几个方面进行研究。结果 两模型组大鼠均有出血倾向 ,后者作用最为明显。结论 脾气虚状态对于出血因素 (水蛭粉 )更加敏感 ,益气止血方对此状态有良好纠正作用。Objective To investigate the effects of fatigue and purgation, the two hemorrhagic factors, on certain links in the hemorrhagic and coagulative processes in the rat, and to observe the corrective effects of the formula for benefiting qi and checking hemorrhage on those links. Methods Swimming, senna leaf and leech were used together to the rat to create an original animal model of splenic failure in controlling blood, and leech alone was used to the rat of splenic deficiency to create a new animal model of splenic failure in controlling the blood. PT, APTT and the blood routine criteria were examined in both models. Result Although the rats in both model groups manifested tendency to bleed, the rats in the new model of splenic failure in controlling the blood showed a stronger hemorragic tendency.Conclusion The condition of splenic deficiency is more sensitive to the hemorragic factor (leech powder), and the formula for benefiting qi and checking hemorrhage has a good corrective effect on the new animal model of splenic failure in controlling the blood.
