摘  要:目的 :观察分析成人股骨外髁髁间侧壁软骨组织IL - 1α、IL - 1Ra和I、Ⅲ型胶原分布特点。方法 :对 14例患者行膝前交叉韧带重建术、髁间窝成形时所取的股骨外髁髁间侧壁软骨标本进行免疫组化染色 ,观察软骨细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原及IL - 1α、IL - 1Ra分布。结果 :Ⅰ型胶原见于软骨表层 ,Ⅲ型胶原分布于整个软骨表层和中间层。IL - 1α和IL - 1Ra分布一致 ,仅限于软骨表层。结论 :(1)股骨外髁髁间侧壁软骨与典型的正常负重区透明软骨不同。这可能是此区软骨的特征性表现 ,但不排除退变可能。 (2 )股骨髁间侧壁软骨作为正常软骨的移植来源 ,提供软骨细胞和骨软骨进行自体移植以修复软骨损伤时应该慎重。Objective To observe and analyze the distribution of collagen types Ⅰ, Ⅲ and IL-1α, IL-1Ra in articular cartilage of the intercondylar notch. Methods Harvested 14 articular cartilage specimens from the intercondylar notch of ACL rupture patients who performed anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction. The slides were stained by single immunohistochemical method, with monoclonal antibodies against collagen types I and IL-1α, IL-1Ra. Results According to Immunohistochemical stain, collagen types Ⅰ, Ⅲ were detected both in superficial layer and subchondral bone; IL-1α, IL-1Ra were detected only in superficial layer and collagen type Ⅲ were also detected in the transitional layer. Conclusion The articular cartilage of the lateral wall in intercondylar notch is different from normal histologically. It might be used as an autograft source for the treatment of articular cartilage defect after ACL rupture but needs further research.
