摘 要:利用ANSYS软件对水平连铸铸铁型材的切割压断过程进行了有限元分析,并计算了铸铁型材被压断的极限载荷。结果表明:随着连铸型材切割压断过程中切口深度的增加,压断力随之减小,切口的深度同压断力的变化基本上呈线性变化;随着切口宽度的增大,压断力随之增大,当切口宽度增大到远大于切口深度时,压断力数值接近于理论值;当切口尺寸与棒料直径之比保持不变,而同时增大n倍时,极限弯矩将增大n3倍。Finite element analysis of the horizontal casting swage was carried out with ANSYS software and the limited fracture load of the casting swage was calculated. The results showed as follows: Fracture load would decrease as the incision depth was increasing during the course of cutting and pressing in continuous casting, the relationship between incision depth and fracture load was linear on the whole; the limited fracture load would increase with the increasing of the incision depth at the same time; the numerical value of limited fracture load would approximate theoretical solution when the incision width had increased greater than the incision depth largely; when the ratio of the incision dimension and the swage diameter had been changeless and had increased several fold at the meantime, the limited moment of flexion would increase n^3 fold.
