摘  要:目的 :考察硫糖铝壳聚糖凝胶在光照、高温、低温、高湿、加速实验及室温留样观察条件下的稳定性。方法 :取硫糖铝壳聚糖凝胶 ,分别置于光照 (4 5 0 0LX) ,高温 (4 0℃、6 0℃ ) ,高湿 (2 5℃ ,相对湿度 75 % ;2 5℃ ,相对湿度 92 .5 % ) ,加速 (4 0℃ ,相对湿度 :75 % )及室温条件下 ,在规定的时间取样 ,观察样品性状 ,测定样品中铝的含量、沉降容积比、再分散次数。结果 :本品的性状 ,沉降容积比 ,再分散次数及铝的含量在实验条件下无明显改变。结论 :本品原辅料对铝的含量测定无影响 ,性质稳定。OBJECTIVE To test the stability of sucralfate ch it osan gel in conditions of illumination, high temperature, freezing temperature, high relative humidity including accelerate and long term testing. METHODS Sucralfate chitosan gel was put under the condition of 4500LX light; 40℃ and 60℃; 75% and 92.5% relative humidity(25℃); 40℃(75% relative humidity) and room temperature, its appearance was observed ,contents of aluminum, sedimentation volume ratio, times of dispersing were determined.RESULTS The appearance, contents of aluminum, sedimentation vo lume ratio, times of dispersing had no obvious changes. CONCLUSION Under above conditions, the excipients of Sucralfate Chitosan gel didn't affect the determination of aluminum. The product was stabl e under the experimental conditions.
