摘　　要：立的海洛因成瘾复吸大鼠模型稳定可靠。Objective Modeling on the processes of human heroin addicton and abstention treatment → heroin readdiction and re-abstention treatment →a third heroin addiction and abstention treatment, to set up the model of heroin addiction and re-addiction.Methods Applying the method of gradual increasing of dosuages, rats were given subcutaneous injection of heroin and then became addicted to heroin. Methadone-Buprenorphine-clonidine were used to abtain heroin addicted rats. And then the rats of addiction and obstention were repeated two times in the same procedure. Rats were divided into control group and model group. Naloxone was used to replace the test of hastening dependence. The symptoms of abstention from taking heroin were evaluated by the method of Maldonado's.Results The mean parameters measured from the rats in the first, second and third periods of heroin-addiction and re-addiction were significantly higher than those of heroin-abstented group and control group.Conclusion The model of heroin-readdicted rat is firmly established by the subcutaneous injection of gradually-increased dosuges of heroin.
