墙梁设计的原理分析

摘　　要：以某 5层商用办公楼为例 ,就墙梁的优点、类型及受力特征进行了介绍 ,分析了墙梁的破坏形式及原因 ,提出了具体的解决措施 ,并对墙梁的设计原理作了阐述。Taking one office building as example the advantages,types and mechanical features of wall-beam are introduced and based upon analysis of the failure types and causes practical resolving measures are proposed. The design principle is also introduced in the end.
