摘　　要：目的　探讨动力髋关节螺钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果、影响因素及操作技术。方法　对 32例股骨粗隆间骨折 ,应用动力髋关节螺钉作内固定治疗。结果　 32例随访 1年以上。骨折愈合、无后遗髋内翻畸形、恢复工作能力或生活自理能力 31例。结论　应用动力髋关节螺钉手术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果满意。AIM To discuss the effect and influence factor's operative of dynamic hip screw(DHS)internal fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.METHODS All of 32 cases were operated with DHS internal fixation.RESULTS All cases were followed up for more than one year,healing up without deformity of rolling over internally of hip joint.31 caser recover the ability in daily life cave.CONCLUSION DHS is effective for treatment of intertrochanteric fracture .It is easy to manipulate and regulate for operation.
