摘　　要：乳中各成分含量受多种因素的影响 ,这些因素包括泌乳时间、遗传、食物、转基因技术、环境、乳腺炎和酮病等。了解和调控这些因素有利于获得优质乳和理想的动物生长类型。The content of components in milk is affected by many factors, which include lactation period, heredity, food, transgenic technique, environment, mastitis, ketosis, etc. Understanding and controlling these factors may make for obtaining high quality milk and ideal animal growth type. The present is devoted to the introduction of the factors influencing component content in milk and their research progress.
