转移因子胶囊联合消疣汤治疗扁平疣的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 　观察转移因子胶囊联合消疣汤治疗扁平疣的疗效。方法　将 6 0例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组 34例和对照组2 6例。治疗组口服转移因子胶囊 ,中药消疣汤内服及外搽 ,对照组口服转移因子胶囊 ,外用 0 0 3%维A酸霜。观察两组总有效率和不良反应。结果　治疗组总有效率为 91 1 8% ,对照组总有效率为 6 9 2 3% ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　转移因子联合消疣汤有良好的抗病毒、增强机体免疫力的作用 。AIM Observe the treatment effect on verruca plana,in the way of combing transfer factor(TF)with xiaoyoutang.METHODS 60 patients of verruca plana were divided into a treated group(34 cases) and a controlled group(26 cases) randomly.The treated group took the capsule of TF orally,and the Chinese herbal medicine of xiaoyoutang was used to take orally and apply externally.The controlled group took the capsule of TF orally,and the 0 03% retinoic acid cream was use to apply externally. Then we compared the total effective rate and the adverse reaction of these two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the treated group was 91 18%,the controlled group was 69 23%.There are notable difference between the two groups ( P <0 05).CONCLUSION It has a good effect of resisting virus and raising the immunity of humanbody,and the treatment effect of treating verruca plana by combing transfer factor with xiaoyoutang is exact.
