摘　　要：目的　建立氨咖黄敏胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定方法。方法　用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 ( 30 0mm× 3 9mm) ,以磷酸盐缓冲液 (取磷酸二氢钾 6 8g ,用水溶解并稀释至1 0 0 0ml,加三乙胺 6ml,用磷酸调节 pH值为 7 3± 0 1 )∶甲醇 ( 80∶2 0 )为流动相 ,于 2 4 6nm波长处检测 ,建立HPLC测定法。结果　线性范围为 4 0 0～ 6 0 0mg·L-1 (r =0 9999)。平均回收率为 1 0 0 2 % ,RSD =0 1 %。结论　HPLC法操作简单 ,快捷 。AIM A HPLC method was established for the paracetamol of paracetamol, caffein, atificial cow bezoar and chlorphenamine maleate capsules. METHODS The analysis was performed on symmetryshield colum (C 18 5 μm ,300 mm×3 9 mm) with a 6 8 g potassium phosphate monobasic was solved with water and diluted to 1 000 ml, with triethylamine 6 ml, methanol(80∶20)as mobile phase and detected at 246 nm.The flow rate was 1 0 ml·min -1 . RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the concentration range 40 0～60 0 mg·L -1 and the correlation coefficient was 0 999 9. The average recovery and the relative standard deviation was 100 2% and 0 1% respectively CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
