摘　　要：目的 :观察脂质体包埋人血红蛋白 (LEH)对大鼠组织形态学的影响。方法 :将LEH通过大鼠一侧股静脉注入 ,并分别与输注无基质Hb(SFHb)、生理盐水、706代血浆和乳酸林格液对比 (对照组 ) ,所有大鼠对侧股动脉放等体积血。结果 :实验组LEH对大鼠组织无显著改变 ,而对照组造成大鼠死亡或组织形态病理改变。结论 :LEH是一种低毒性、低免疫原性血液制品。Objective:To study the effects of liposome encapsulated hemoglobin(LEH)on rat tissue morˉphology.Methods:LEH was transfused into the body of rat through thigh vein and was compared with SFHb,normal saline,plasma substitute706and Ringers'solution,and the same volume of blood was released from the other thigh artery in all rats.Results:LEH had no significant effect on rat tissues in test group.The rat was dead or tissue morphology changed in control group.Conclusion:LEH was a low toxic and low immunogenic blood substitute.
