家蚕卵长期保存的实用化研究

摘　　要：对0℃长期冷藏法保存560日和680日的蚕卵进行了蚁蚕健康试验、抗病力试验和饲养调查,并探讨了提高长期保存蚕卵实用孵化率的方法。三项试验中除少数指标外,大部分比较接近对照。这一结果表明,尽管经过1.5—2年长期冷藏,蚕卵在物质和能量上的消耗要超过对照,但在生产饲养条件下,对茧丝生产成绩并无明显不良影响。利用浸酸强刺激使蚕卵迅速活化并结合5℃低温调整,不仅大大缩短了活化所需的时间,而且提高了蚕卵的群体发育整齐度。We made experiments on the health of newly-hatched larvae,the rearing results and the resistance to three kinds of virus of the silkworms hatched from the eggs that had been preserved at 0 C for 560 or 680 days and studied how to improve the practical hatchbility of the long preserved eggs. The results showed that most investigated indices were approximate to those of the control. This suggested although the need of the eggs preserved for 1. 5-2 years for material and energy is greater than that of the control, there weren't notable differences in cocoon production between them if the larvae were reared in common conditions. By stimulating the eggs with HCL solution and storing them at 5℃, the silkworm eggs could be activated quickly. This will not only greatly shorten the activating time but also improve the evenness of development of silkworm eggs.
