摘　　要：目的　探讨两例右冠状动脉左心室瘘的超声诊断。方法　应用常规超声的切面诊断方法 ,同时加上非标准超声切面方法联合应用。结果　超声检查显示右冠状动脉异常扩张 ,并能追踪观察其走行、部位、内径、大小。多普勒在瘘口附近可测及异常的舒张期血流。结论　超声诊断本病图像特征明显 ,而且安全、无创。Objective To discuss the ultrasonic diagnosis of two rare cases of the right coronary artery left ventricular fistulae. Methods Routine two dimensional echocardiographic views and other non standard echocardiographic views were examined. Results The severe tubular enlargement of the proximal portion of the right coronary artery was shown on echocardiography by using different two dimensional echocardiography views The whole course of the enlarged right coronary could be traced properly,and the diastolic turbulent flow in the enlarged coronary artery and in the left ventricle near the orifice of the fistulae could be detected by pulsed Doppler. Conclusions The diagnosis of this disease using echocardiography may provide characteristic imaging,security,noninvasion and reliablality.
