口服抑毒调平液对慢性乙型肝炎患者Th_1/Th_2细胞因子的调节作用(英文)

摘　　要：目的观察抑毒调平液对慢性乙肝患者Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法60例慢性乙型肝炎(中度)患者按随机双盲原则分为治疗组、对照组(每组30例)。两组分别口服抑毒调平液或安慰剂。收集治疗前、治疗后停药时及停药3月末空腹血清标本,用酶联免疫吸附法检测细胞因子白细胞介素-2、白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-12、干扰素-γ。另选30例年龄、性别与治疗组、对照组无差异的正常人作正常组。结果治疗前治疗组、对照组患者血清IL-2、IFN-γ、IL-12的水平及IFN-γ/IL-4明显低于正常人(P<0.05),IL-4的含量明显高于正常人(P<0.05),治疗组与对照组患者间上述各项指标比较均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后停药时、停药3月末治疗组IL-2、IL-12、IFN-γ、IFN-γ/IL-4的值持续增加(P<0.05),IL-4持续下降(P<0.05),而对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论抑毒调平液上调血清中IL-2、IL-12、IFN-r的含量及IFN-γ/IL-4的比值,下调IL-4的含量,促使Th1/Th2分泌的细胞因子比值恢复平衡,至少维持治疗结束后3个月。Objective: To observe the changes of Th1/Th2 cytokines in sera of the chronic patients with hepatitis B (CHB) who were treated with oral YiDuTiaoPingYe (YDT). Methods: 60 patients with hepatitis B virus (CHB) infection were randomly divided into two groups, received either YDTPY (group T, n=30) or Placebo (group C, n=30). 30 healthy persons were selected as normal control group (group N). Fasting serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-12, IFN-γ were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after treatment as well as 3 months after stopping treatment. Results: Before treatment, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4 were significantly higher in group N than that in group T or group C (P<0.05), but IL-4 was significantly lower in group N. There were no significant differences in above parameters of group T and group C. Within observed period, compared with group C, the serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4 increased continuously in group T (P<0.05). Conclusions: YDTPY may regulate up the serum levels of IL-2, IL-12, IFN-γ, IFN-γ/IL-4, but IL-4 appeare a contrary trend.
