摘  要:目的测定麻药膏中盐酸利多卡因的含量。方法采用系数倍率法,选择波长对为263nm,270nm,系数K=0.8467。结果盐酸利多卡因相关系数r=0.9998,其浓度在0.246~0.574mg/mL范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.29%,RSD=1.86%(n=5)。结论系数倍率法简便、可靠,适用于麻药膏中盐酸利多卡因的质量控制。Objective:To determine the content of lidocaine hydrochloride in anesthetic cream,Methods:K-ratio spectrophotometry was used with the wavelenghs at 263 nm,278 nm respectively and K-ratio was 0.846 7,Results:The correlation coefficient was 0.999 8,and the linear relation of analysis was good in the range of 0.246~0.574 mg/mL,The average recovery was 98.29%,and RSD was 1.86%(n=5), Conclusion:K-ratio spectrophotometry is rapid,convenient and accurate for determining the content of lidocaine hydrochloride,and suitable for the quality control of lidocaine hydrochloride in anesthetic cream,
