摘　　要：目的　了解农村既往有偿献血社区居民艾滋病病毒 (humanimmunodeficiencyvirus ,HIV)检测意愿。方法　选择 10个存在既往有偿献血事件的村庄 ,采用入户调查和村中拦截行人的方式对 18～ 5 9a村民进行问卷调查。结果　调查有效问卷共 4 77份 ,大部分人愿意接受艾滋病病毒检测 ,随机抽样、普查和只查献血员进行艾滋病病毒检测的接受率分别为 85 .95 %、93.0 8%和6 0 .17% ,经统计学检验三者之间差异有显著性 ,人们进行艾滋病病毒检测的意愿与调查方式有关。不愿意接受检测的主要原因是认为自己没有感染的可能和担心别人怀疑自己感染了艾滋病 ;愿意将HIV阳性检测结果告知配偶、家庭其他成员和家庭以外的人的比例分别为 86 .37%、5 3.6 7%和 2 1.5 9%。结论　在农村既往有偿献血社区 ,大部分人愿意接受艾滋病病毒检测 ,人们较易接受对全体村民进行HIV检测 ;其检测结果告知范围人们更倾向于局限在家庭范围内。Objective To explore the willingness of villagers voluntary HIV testing in rural community with a history of former blood donation. Methods Residents at home or walking in the village street aged 18～59 in ten selected villages, with a history of former paid blood donation were investigated by trained interviewers. Results A total of 477 valid questionnaires were sellected. Most of the subjects reported willingness to be tested for HIV infection. Their willingness rates among randomly sampling group, census group and only FPDs sampling group were 85.95%, 93.08% and 60.17%, respectively. There was significant difference among three types of study. Of subjects who would not accept the HIV test, most of them thought that they would not be infected or suspected as HIV/AIDS patients. 86.37% agreed to disclose testing results to their spouse, 53.67% to other family member, and 21.59% to the others out of their family. Conclusions Most of the villagers with a history of former blood donation reported willingness to be tested for HIV infection. The census method was easier to be accepted for HIV testing. The scope of test results disclosure was inclined to be limited in the family member.
