川芎防治动脉粥样硬化症机制的实验研究

摘　　要：川芎防治AS机制的实验研究　目的方法 :为探讨川芎对AS的防治作用 ,采用家兔添加 1g胆固醇和 5g甘油三酯为致AS的主要膳食造模 ,与造模膳食同步给予含 30倍人的等效剂量川芎进行治疗。结果显示川芎逆转了AS病变 ,与模型组比较 ,治疗组表现为 :①动物后肢间歇性跛行和皮肤真菌感染发生率降低 ;②动物血清甘油三酯 (TG)和总胆固醇 (T -Ch)明显回降、高密度脂蛋白Ch(HDL -Ch)和HDL -Ch/T -Ch之比值显著回升 ;③主动脉AS病变明显好转 ,尤其主动脉AS面积的百分比明显回降 ;④冠状动脉病变和心肌萎缩均明显好转 ;⑤主动脉内膜一氧化氮合酶的活性明显回升 ;⑥主动脉内膜超微病变减轻 ,泡沫细胞荷脂少及损伤减轻。结论　结果表明川芎能通过多环节有效防治家兔AS病变和病症。Atherosclerosis (AS) is one of the diseases which endanger people' s life and health severely. This experiment researched the effective mechanism of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort preventing and treating AS on the foundations of our study which compound formula including Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort treated AS and our clinical report which Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort treated AS.The study of effective mechanism which Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort treated AS: In order to approach the effect of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort treating AS we made rabbit AS model through adding the rabbit' s food with cholesterol lg and glyceryl trioleate 5g, treating the rabbit model together with 30 multiples of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort equivalent dose of human .The result indicate Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort make the pathological changes turn better. Comparing with model group the treating group shows : ①The incidence rate of rabbit hind limb intermittent limping and fungal infection decrease .② The content of TG and T-Ch in rabbit blood serum decrease obviously. The content of HDL-Ch and HDL-Ch/T-Ch increase obviously. ③The AS pathological changes of aorta turn better. Especially the area percentage of aorta AS pathological changes decreases obviously.④The pathological changes of coronary artery and atrophy of cardiac muscle recovers obviously. ⑤The activity of NOS in timbal of aorta increases obviously. ⑥The ultramicro pathological changes of aorta reduces . The foam cells have less fat and the injury become little. The results verify Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort can prevent and treat the rabbit AS pathological changes effectly.
