α-干扰素配合复方足叶草酯治疗尖锐湿疣60例分析

摘　　要：目的　总结α -干扰素配合复方足叶草酯对尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法　选择 6 0例尖锐湿疣病例 ,随机分为 2组 ,每组各 30例。治疗组采用复方足叶草酯在疣体局部涂擦 ,隔日 1次 ,3次为 1个疗程 ,7d后开始用α -干扰素栓睡前阴道给药。对照组仅用复方足叶草酯局部治疗。结果　 2组治疗后临床治愈率均1 0 0 % ,但治疗组复发率为 6 6 7% ,而对照组 36 6 7%。结论　α -干扰素栓具有广谱抗病毒作用 ,调节免疫和抗肿瘤作用。Objective To summarize the curative effect of condyloma acuminata treated with (-interferon and podophyllum. Methods 60 cases of such patient were divided into 2 groups. The therapy group was treated podophyllum at surface of condyloma 3 time as a course and 7 days later (-interferon was given during vagina. The control group was treated with podophyllum only. Results The curative rate was 100% in both groups. The relapse rates were 6.67% in therapy group and 36.67% in control group. Conclusion (-interferon might have wide spectrum anti-virus, regulate immunity and anti-tumor action. It could enhance the curative effect of condyloma.
