摘　　要：WTO是一个以法律规则为基础的国际组织 ,对成员国国内司法审查的要求是其高度法律化的典型体现。文章介绍了司法审查制度在 WTO规则体系中的特殊地位 ,分析了 WTO规则适用在中国国内法中的效力 。WTO, an international organization based on law rules, has its own typical requirements review of judicial to its members. The article introduces the special status of judicial review in the WTO regime, analyses the efficacity of WTO in China's local law system, discusses the establishment and perfection of corresponding judicial review in China.
