经济转型期区域经济发展与地方政府的作用

摘　　要：地方政府对所辖区域经济竞争力的强弱起着至关重要的作用 ,尤其是经济转型期。但我国目前地方政府的变异行为如地方保护主义、反宏观调控行为等严重影响区域经济的发展。政府要通过积极引导、创造环境、制定政策、发挥优势等途径发挥主导作用 。The local government plays a critical role in the competition of the regional economy all the time, especially in the economic transforming period. However, at present,some variant behaviour of the local government such as regional protectionism, anti-macroeconomic regulations etc., affects the development of the regional economy seriously. So the local government should play a leading role in promoting the development of the regional economy through leading actively, creating the favourable environment, making policies and giving full play to its advantages.
