摘 要:利用Giemsa—C带技术对植物染色体进行带型分析是研究植物染色体组进化和分类的有效手段之一。我们应用C带技术对大赖草组型进行了研究(大赖草2n=28,染色体组代号JJNN),并且同赖草属的羊草的Giemsa—C带组型进行了分析比较。研究结果为赖草属JN染色体组的特征带型提供了进一步的证据,同时对赖草属JN染色体组的来源进行了分析讨论。Heterochromatin distribution in somatic chromosomes of L. racemosus was studied with the acetocarmine —Giemsa C—banding technigue. Rather large terminal C—bands were present on one or both arms of all chromosomes excecpt G. chromosome. Small interstitial bands were present in chromosomes of J and K. For construction of genome of JN, C—banded chromosames of L. racemosus and L. ckmensis were matched (The c—banded karyotype of L. ckmensis was taken from our previous study). Their C—banding patterns were rather similar. The same genomi cconstitution of L. racemosus and L. ckmensis was supported by their C— banding patterns although the terminal bands of chromosome of L. racemosus were larger than those of L. chmensis.
