摘　　要：阐述了人防工程对保护人民生命、财产安全的重要性 ,人防工程监控报警系统的特殊性及其方案选择 ;介绍了人防工程微波远程无线监控系统的原理、组成、功能以及软件设计特点和系统应用于实际的重要作用 .The article introduces the essentiality of air-defence projects to safeguard human-being and property-security and the particularity of the monitoring and alarming system of air-defence projects and its scheme choice. It also sets forth the principium about the microwave remote and wireless monitor system in some city air-defence projects and its composing, function, software design characteristic and system applied in fact.
