摘　　要：基因重组生长激素治疗特发性矮小已有确切的疗效 ,但是它对最终身高的影响仍未确定。该文复习了特发性矮小症经治疗后对骨代谢、骨蛋白周期节律、体内生长激素的代谢结果 ,及矮小男孩心理因素影响的研究进展。Recombinant human growth hormone(GH) therapy has a certain therapeutic effect for children with idiopathic short stature (ISS), but its effect on final height (FH) is still uncertain. This article reviewed progress in study on effects of growth hormone therapy on bone metabolism,circadian osteocalcin rhythms of prepubertal children with idiopathic short stature, metabolic consequences of growth hormone and psychological effect on boys with short stature.
