血清瘦素水平与慢性肾功能衰竭相关因素的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血清瘦素水平与慢性肾功能衰竭 ( CRF)相关因素的关系。方法 :采用放射免疫分析法测定 36例 CRF患者血清瘦素水平 ,观察其水平变化与多种临床因素的关系 ,并与健康对照组进行比较。结果 :CRF组患者血清瘦素水平较健康对照组明显升高 ,差异显著 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,且女性高于男性。 CRF组血清瘦素水平与性别、年龄及血清肌酐相关 ,其相关系数分别为 0 .478、0 .463、- 0 .371 ,P均 <0 .0 5。结论Objective: To investigate the relationship between the level of serum leptin and related factors of chronic renal failure(CRF). Method: We determined the serum leptin level using RIA method in 36 patients with chronic renal failure and observed the relationship between its change and other clinical factors. Results: The serum leptin in patients with CRF was obviously higher than that of the health control (P<0.01). Moreover, the serum leptin level of female patients was higher than that of male. The serum leptin level correlated with sex, age and SCr, and their relevant coefficients were 0.478, 0.463, -0.371, P<0.05. Conclusion: The serum leptin level is associated with multiply factors.
