摘 要:背光组件中主要的发光器件冷阴极荧光灯(CCFL)具有特定的电气特性,通过实验研究了CCFL的与发光亮度和发光效率有关的特性,定性地分析了CCFL的自激振荡电路的工作原理。并在此基础上,对逆变振荡电路进行了定量的理论分析,为设计高效率驱动电路提供参考依据。The specification for sunlight readability is very rigorous for backlight-based TFT-LCD. As a main illuminant in backlight model, CCFL have some special electrical features, in particular, some basic features correlative with luminous efficiency. In the paper, the electrical feature of CCFL was analyzed. Based on that paragraph above, the operating principle of the inverter, which is resonant oscillator, was described in detail. The method and step how to determine the electric factor of every elements in the circuit were put forward. By the series of equation given in this paper, a high efficient inverter to convert DC to high voltage AC will be gotten. A method how to improve the efficiency of the inverter was put forward.
