摘  要:本文针对152QMI摩托车发动机设计了二次空气结合氧化型催化转化器的排放后处理系统。通过试验研究了二次空气的进气形式、进气位置、进气量和发动机工况等对系统净化效果的影响。结果表明:补气装置引入二次空气可提高催化器对CO和HC的转化率,且主动式比被动式二次空气喷射效果好;CO和HC的排放浓度随二次空气量的增加而降低,当二次空气补气量在100%~160%时最佳。This paper designs the post-treatment of exhaust gas combining the secondary-air injection with the catalytic converter oxidation on the 152QMI motorcycle. A series of experiments is carried out to test the influence of the type, position and quantity of secondary-air influencing the system on engine performances. The results show that the secondary-air injection can raise the conversion efficiency of CO and HC, and the effect of initiative injection is better than that of the passive injection. The emissions of CO and HC is decreased with the increasing of the secondary-air injection , and it has experimentally found that the optimal secondary-air ratio was 100%~160%.
