摘 要:目的研究Helicobacter pylori菌株本身的毒力差异是否与H.pylori菌株对甲硝唑的敏感性有关。方法 用E-test方法检测109株H.pylori菌株对甲硝唑的敏感性;PCR检测H.pylori菌株不同的vacA基因亚型、cagA、iceA和babA2基因型。结果 云南地区甲硝唑耐药率为67.89%;vacA、cagA、iceAl、babA2基因的各种基因亚型和基因型在H.pylori菌株甲硝唑耐药率上无显著性差异。结论 H.pylori菌株本身的毒力差异与H.pylori菌株对甲硝唑的敏感性无关。Objective To study the relationship between different genotypes and subtypes and metronidazole resistance of H. pylori strains. Methods One hundred and nine H. pylori strains susceptibilities to metronidazole were tested by Epsilome-ter test (E-test) ; vacA, cagA, iceA, babA2 gene of H. pylori strains were amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) to determine H. pylori genotypes and subtypes. Results In 109 H.pylori strains, metronidazole resistant rate was 67.89% . There was no significant difference in the metronidazole resistant rate and vacA, cagA, iceA, babA2 genotypes and subtypes of H.pylori . Conclusion There was no relation between metronidazole resistant rate and vacA, cagA, iceA, babA2 genotypes and subtypes of H. pylori .
