农村初中辍学生心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的对农村初中生辍学者的心理健康状况调查分析。方法采用SCL 90和自设问卷 ,分别对 15 6名辍学者及 43 5名未辍学者进行评定分析。结果辍学组总分 ( 15 2 .74± 41.90 )、敌对 ( 1.91± 0 .66)、抑郁 ( 1.90± 0 .5 3 )、焦虑 ( 1.87± 0 .62 )、偏执 ( 1.83± 0 .5 7)与未辍学组差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,其他各因子分差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论农村中学生辍学者心理健康状况在整体水平上与同龄人之间存在着一定差异。Objective Investigate and analyse the condition of leave off study of the rural middle school students’mental health. MethodSCL-90 questionnaire were used to analyzed 156 students who left off study and 435 students who did not leave off school independently. ResultOn the whole,the leave off study’ total score, hostile, depressed, anxious, hold are different from those who did not leave off school greatly (P<0.01). Discrepancies of other factors are not notable (P>0.05). Conclusion The condition of leave off study of the rural middle school students’ mental health is different from their same age counterparts to be certain degree.
