摘　　要：针对目前按热量收费的供暖系统的一些不足.本文设计了一种独具特色的IC卡热量控制表,该表具有热量计量,热量控制,安全保护等功能.本文介绍了该表的基本功能,并对其硬件设计方法作了说明解释.At present. heating systems with charge according to quantity of heat adopted are becoming popular. Due to some deficiencies in these systems, author designs a new kind of controll ing calorimeter. The controlling calorimeter provides such functions as heat count. heat control. security protect. In this paper. author introduces the fundamental functions of the controlling calorimeter, and the design way of its hardware.
