复方仙草胶囊配合西药治疗成人难治性肾病综合征

摘　　要：目的 :探讨复方仙草胶囊配合西药治疗成人难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的临床疗效。方法 :将48例RNS患者随机分为对照组和治疗组 ,对照组采用常规西药治疗 ,治疗组加用复方仙草胶囊。疗程8周 ,观察临床疗效及24小时尿蛋白定量(24hUPQ) ,尿β2_微球蛋白(β2_MG)和尿N_乙酰β_D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)变化。结果 :治疗组总有效率为90.0% ,优于对照组的61 .1%(P<0.05) ;治疗后两组24hUPQ均明显减少(P<0 .01) ,治疗组优于对照组 (P<0 .05),且治疗组尿β2_MG和NAG治疗后改善明显(P<0.01) ,对照组治疗后变化无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论 :在西药基础上配合复方仙草胶囊治疗成人难治性肾病综合征 ,能提高疗效 ,保护肾小管功能。Objective:To study the curative effect of Compound Xiancao Capsule in cooperating into Western Medicine on adult refractory nephritic syndrome(RNS).Methods:48cases of RNS were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with regular Western Medicine,while the treatment group was given both the Western Medicine and Compound Xiancao Capsule.The treatment course of each group lasted8weeks.Then the observation was made to see the cur ative effect,the24h UPQ,and the changes of uricβ 2 _MG and uric NAG.Results:The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were90.0%and61.1%respectively(P<0.05);after treatment,the24h UPQ in two groups decreased obviously,the better result was followed in the treatment group(P<0.05).the uricβ 2 _MG and NAG in treatment group were improved distinctively(P<0.01),but the difference of the control group wasn't obvious after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:Itturns outthatbetter curative effects can be achieved for adultrefractorynephritic syndrome through the treatment of Compound Xiancao Capsule in cooperating Western Medicine and the function of renal tubules can be protected.
