摘　　要：介绍了一种用低能、安全的放射性同位素Am241(镅241)制成的γ射线测厚仪。它具有测量准确、灵敏度高、安全可靠等特点,适合于薄钢板等非接触、连续、快速的厚度测量。概述了射线测厚仪的工作原理,给出了原理电路及软件流程图。Introduced one kind of Thickness measurement instrument,it used of Radioactivity isotope Am241's γ-ray and it is low-energy and security beam source.It is exact to survey,and the response is high,safe and reliable.Successive and fast online thickness is fit for the non-contacts of substance,such as slight plate and so on,and being surveyd.It summaried γ-ray thickness measuring instrument work rule,and gave out electric circuit software flow diagram.
