摘　　要：对一起轮胎式集装箱门式起重机 (RTG)摔箱事故进行分析 ,找到了故障原因 :起升脉冲编码器的缺陷 ,系统超速保护开关的复位方式选用不当 ,缺少软件保护 ,以及制动器的设计与设置方面的问题等 ,认为目前国内在RTG的制造和使用中存在一些共同的安全问题 ,RTG上除设机械制动外 。Through the analysis on a container dropping accident of Rubber Tired Container Gantry Crane (RTG), the resultant reason is that there are fault in pulse coder of lifting gear, unsuitable adoption to the positional recovering mode in system extra-speed protection switches, lack of software protection and problem of the design and setup for the brakes. This paper points out that there are some safety problems in common in the manufacturing and utilization of RTG in China currently. In addition to mechanical braking, the RTG should be equipped with electric braking.
