摘　　要：中国是一个面临着经济发展和环境保护双重压力的发展中国家,改变能源结构,提高能源利用效率和发展清洁能源是国家能源战略选择,发展天然气热电冷三联供是我国能源建设和可持续发展的需要。China is a developing country faced with dual task of economic development and environmental protection. Improvement of energy structure, energy efficiency, and development of clean energy is the choice of the energy strategy of the country. Developing cooperation of heating and power and cooling of gas meet the needs of energy constraction and sustainable development of china.
