试论建立我国期货经纪人的责任赔偿制度

摘　　要：我国目前并没有建立期货经纪人责任赔偿制度,但在期货实践中,不断发生期货经纪公司与期货纪人因赔偿问题而相互推诿和损害客户合法利益的现象,建立期货经纪人责任赔偿制度可以有效地避免类似的现象发生。本文就建立期货经纪人责任赔偿制度和提高期货经纪人的赔偿能力提出了自己的构想。There is not a compensation system of futures brokers'responsibility in China,but there are many disputes about compensation for clients'damages in futures practice and it is hard for a client to get compensation from the futures company and its futures broker.If the compensation system of futures brokers'responsibility can be established,the problems will be solved.The article tries to discuss the importance,the concept,the characteristics,and the way of compensation system of futures brokers'responsibility.
