摘　　要：社区体育服务缺乏自我发展的能力,服务队伍整体素质与社区体育服务的发展要求不相适应,管理服务功能尚需深化等是制约社区体育服务的主要因素,探索社区体育服务社会化、产业化的运行机制,优化、壮大志愿者队伍,完善多样化的服务形式:探索社区体育资源共享新路子,推进“层次性资源共享”,是新形势下发展社区体育服务的对策。The factors restricting the development of community sports service include: the community sports service lacks self-development ability; the over-all quality of service team isn't accommodated to the development of community sports service, the management and service haven't expanded. At present, the ways to improve community sports service are: to explore the path to socialize and industrialize community sports service; optimize and strengthen the volunteer team; perfect diversified service forms; explore new means to share community sports resources and advance step resource sharing view.
