摘　　要：目的 :总结鼻内窥镜下应用微波辅助技术治疗上颌窦囊肿的疗效。方法 :31例中男 19例 ,女 12例 ,12～ 5 2岁 ,平均 30岁 ,手术经犬齿窝径路 ,采用小切口 ,小骨创 ,在鼻内窥镜监视下微波热凝囊壁 ,然后用黏膜钳清除残余囊壁 ,术后窦腔不填塞。结果 :31例手术效果良好 ,无并发症 ,随访 1～ 2年无复发。结论 :鼻内窥镜下微波治疗上颌窦囊肿手术损伤小 ,视野清晰 ,出血少 ,术后痛苦小 ,是一种安全、微创。Objective:To summarize the effect of removal of maxillary sinus cyst with microwave assisted nasal endoscopy.Methods:Thirty-one patients(19 males and 12females,ranging from12 to 52 years old)with maxillary sinus cyst were treated with microwave coagulating through the bone window on canine fossa by mean of endoscopy guided.The operation procedure applied small incision and small bone wound technique. The maxillary sinus cysts were successfully removed with microwave under nasal endoscopy control. Result:All cases were cured without complication and recurrence in the follow-up of 1 to 2 years. Conclusion: This method has many advantage such as mild damage to normal tissues, clear operation visual field, less hemorrhage and postoperative pain. It′s a safe,minimally invasive and efficient procedure.
