摘　　要：介绍了转炉镁钙碳大砖炉衬的特点及其相应的砌筑工艺 ,与普通的镁碳砖相比 ,使用镁钙碳大砖可以极大地减轻工人的劳动强度 ,缩短筑炉时间 ,保证炉役后期炉膛的规则性 ,有利于提高转炉炉龄 ,提高炉子作业率 。The characteristics and relative brickwork process of big Mg-Ca-C brick lining in BOF are introduced in this paper. Comparing with common Mg-C brick, the application of big Mg-Ca-C brick can greatly lower labor strength of bricklayers, shorten brickwork time and ensure the regularity of furnace hearth in the later parts of campaign, which can prolong life campaign of BOF, improve productivity of the furnace and reduce production cost.
