摘  要:根据快堆燃料/包壳化学相互作用(FCCI)的机理,选用Cr、Zr、Nb粉末(分析纯)分别作为抑制内壁腐蚀的吸氧材料添加到包壳管试样内,进行FCCI堆外模拟试验,并与不加吸氧材料的包壳管内壁腐蚀相互比较,以腐蚀形貌、腐蚀深度、模拟裂变产物对包壳管的渗透以及包壳管组分元素分布等方面的相对变化,观测和评述了所加吸氧材料在抑制包壳管内壁腐蚀中的作用。结果表明,所选吸氧材料对包壳管内壁腐蚀均有明显的抑制作用。Based on the mechanism of FBR fuel-cladding chemical interaction(FCCI),the Cr、Zr and Nb powders are put into cladding tube respectively as the oxygen absorbers to inhibit the inner wall corrosion.The results obtained from the out pile simulation tests were compared with that of the inner wall corrosion without oxygen absorber.The corrosion morphologies,corrosion depth,penetration depth of the fission products in the cladding tube and the distribution of the composition elements were used to evaluate the inhibition effect of the oxygen absorbers.The results show that the selected oxygen absorbers inhibit the inner wall corrosion of the cladding signficantly,with the order of the inhibition effectiveness Nb>Zr>Cr.
