摘　　要：在数十台汽车同时进行保养作业时，应统筹安排，合理组织，在工艺组织中可利用网络技术。介绍了网络图的绘制方法，重点介绍了网络图中主要时间参数的计算，同时就如何应用网络图，提出了一些具体的意见。When maintenance work are carried out simultaneously for several tens of automobiles,it should be arranged as a whole and ratianally organnized,and network technics can be utilized in technological organization.Drawing method of network chart is presented,and calculation of main time parameter in the network chart is emphatically described in the article.Meanwhile,some substantial ideas as how to apply the network chart are proposed.
