摘 要:解放CA1220P1K13L3T1型载货汽车装置进口柴油机。装载质量为13.5t。6×4的中、后桥为驱动桥,两桥均为双级主减速器,第一级为斜齿圆柱齿轮,第二级为双曲线锥齿轮。介绍了该车的故障与排除;减速器和差速器轴承预紧力的调整;主、从动锥齿轮啮合印痕和齿侧间隙的调整等。Jiefang CA1220P1K13L3T1 truck is fitted with an import diesel engine, with a load capacity of 13.5t, 6×4 through type driving axle. Both medium and rear axles are using double main reduction gears,the primaryreduction gear is a helical column gear and the second reduction gear is a hyperbolic bevel gear. The paperintroduces the troubles and troubleshootings of the vehicle,adjustment of pretension forces in bearings of reductiongearbox and differential gear, adjustment of meshing trace hetween driving bevel gear and driven bevel gear as wellas backlash adjustment,etc.
