摘  要:本文通过比较荻苇磨木木素(MWL)、荻苇自催化乙醇制浆黑液中分离的木素(IL)的IR、1H-NMR,探讨荻苇自催化乙醇制浆过程中木素的变化.研究表明,制浆过程中,荻苇木素紫丁香基、对羟苯基结构单元被大量脱出,特别是香豆酸-木素酯结构更容易被大量脱出,木素α-O-4醚键在蒸煮过程中易断裂,反应过程中脱出的木素结构单元侧链上生成部分Cα-O-C2H5键.lignin reaction during auto-catalyzed ethanol pulping was studied in this paper. The changes of lignin were studied by comparing MWL( Milling Wood Lignin) with IL which was isolated from black liquor of auto-cata-lyzed ethanol pulping of Amur silvergrass. On the basis of analyzing IR spectrum and ~1H-NMR spectroscopy of MWL and IL, it could be indicated that syringyl and parahydro(?)y phenyl units , especially ester of coumaric-lignin were easily hydrolyzed, and some Cα-O-C_2H_5 linkages were formed as well as some side chain Cα-O-4 linkages were broken in pulping.
