摘　　要：1,2-二氯丙烷(DCP)是致癌物质,并且此测量用活性炭管对空气中的1,2-DCP进行采样时,然后使用活性炭管的玻璃管–气相色谱仪法进行分析,操作过程复杂。相对于此,在这个项目中,我们尝试评估一种简单而快速的方法,其中包括对一种带有吸附剂的萃取针对空气中1,2-DCP含有量进行了测量。此吸附剂在针头里面呈现颗粒状,针的名称是“NeedlExTM有机溶剂用”。通过拉动连接到吸附热解吸针的鲁尔锁注射器的柱塞,让样气被吸入针内,之后将吸附热解吸针插入加热的气体色谱仪(GC)进样口,以使针头中收集到的1,2-DCP解吸后,将1,2-DCP与氮气一起注入GC-火焰离子化检测器(FID),以分离和测定1,2-DCP。因此,此论文中,我们证明吸附热解吸针是现场进行1,2-DCP采样的可期待的候选之一。1,2-dichloropropane (DCP) is carcinogenic material. 1,2-DCP in the air is sampled with charcoal tube for gas sampling followed by separation using gas chromatography (GC). However, the operation of this method is complicated. In this report, simple and rapid method involving an extraction needle with an adsorbent was evaluated for sampling and measuring of 1,2-DCP in the air. The adsorbent particle is packed in the needle. Sample gases were aspirated by pulling the plunger of the syringe and collected into the needle. The needle was inserted into the heated GC injection port for desorption of collected gases. 1,2-DCP was injected to the GC for separation and determination. The needle reported here proves to be a promising candidate for on field sampling of 1,2-DCP.
