摘　　要：本文采取分层整群抽样的方式对红河学院在校大学生的心理健康进行了调查研究,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对红河学院大学生进行测评并对调查结果进行深入分析。根据存在的问题给出了相应的建议,为预防和缓解大学生心理问题,提高大学生的心理健康水平提供了有益的参考。In this paper, stratified cluster sampling was adopted to study the mental health of students of Honghe University. Self-rating symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) was used to evaluate the college students of Honghe University and the survey results were analyzed in depth. According to the existing problems, some suggestions are given to prevent and alleviate the psychological problems of college students and improve their mental health.
