摘 要:随着工程项目日渐复杂,建筑项目的高造价和计划外改动频发等因素使得供应链中的企业面对的风险增加。为提高建筑企业的效益,促进整个行业发展,建筑供应链的风险防控问题成为学界关注的重点。基于此,本文构建了由五个一级风险影响因素,十八个二级风险影响因素组成的建筑供应链风险体系,使用ANP方法对各项指标赋权,得出各个因素发挥作用大小,为后续决策建议提供数据支撑。With the increasing difficulty of engineering projects, the high cost of construction projects and frequent unplanned changes, and other factors, enterprises in the supply chain have to face much greater risks than before. In order to reduce the risks faced by construction enterprises and pro-mote the development of the whole industry, the risk prevention and control of construction supply chain has become the focus of academic attention. Based on this, this paper constructed a construc-tion supply chain risk system composed of five first-level risk factors and 18 second-level risk fac-tors. ANP method was used to weight each index, and the role of each factor was obtained to provide data support for subsequent decision-making suggestions.
