Analysis on the Difference of Scientific and Technological Talents in Chongqing and the Comprehensive Development Level of Various Districts and Counties

摘  要:高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务,且教育、科技、人才是中国式现代化的基础性、战略性支撑。基于高质量发展要求,本文研究探讨了科技人才对重庆市经济发展的重要性,并利用15项指标通过聚类与主成分分析评估了重庆市38个区县的经济发展水平。结果表明2010~2021年,R&D人员对重庆经济增长的贡献率呈波动上升,2021年达到峰值为61.55%。重庆各区县经济发展水平差异显著,渝中区等7个区县较为发达,长寿区等8个区县有一定潜力,而城口县等23个区县相对滞后。选定三个主成分后并按此排名得到各区县的经济发展,其中渝北、万州、江津领先,巫溪、城口落后,长寿区工业尤为突出。High-quality development is the primary task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country. Education, science and technology, and human resources are the basic and strategic support for Chinese-style modernization. Based on the requirements of high-quality development, this paper discusses the importance of scientific and technological talents to the economic development of Chongqing, and evaluates the economic development level of 38 districts and counties in Chongqing through cluster and principal component analysis using 15 indicators. The results show that the contribution rate of R&D personnel to Chongqing’s economic growth fluctuates from 2010 to 2021, reaching a peak of 61.55% in 2021. There are significant differences in the level of economic development among Chongqing’s districts and counties. Seven districts and counties, such as Yuzhong District, are relatively developed, eight districts and counties, such as Changshou District, have certain potential, and twenty-three districts and counties, such as Chengkou County, are relatively lagging behind.
