摘　　要：目的:对计算机辅助康复环境的诞生背景、工作原理及国内目前脑卒中患者改善异常步态康复设备的关键技术的应用进行综述,阐明其在改善脑卒中患者异常步态康复中的优势。方法:通过网络检索PubMed数据库、中国知网数据库、维普数据库有关虚拟现实环境(Virtual Reality Environment)、计算机辅助康复环境(Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment)、运动障碍康复(Dyskinesia Rehabilitation)的文章,检索时间为1999年~2016年,排除相关性低、重复性、陈旧文献,共保留26篇文章进行综述。结果:计算机辅助康复环境设置的双任务的虚拟环境有助于改善脑卒中患者异常步态使康复训练的互动性、趣味性、安全性得以呈现。计算机辅助康复环境在康复领域具有重要的临床价值和广泛的应用前景,值得进一步的开发性研究及在肢体运动障碍康复领域进行推广应用。Objective: The birth background, working principle and the application of key technologies to improve stroke patients with abnormal gait rehabilitation equipment were reviewed on computer aided rehabilitation environment, and the improvement in stroke patients with abnormal gait rehabilitation of advantage. Methods: We searched articles about Virtual Reality Environment, Computer Assisted Rehabilitation Environment, and Dyskinesia Rehabilitation through the PubMed database, China CNKI database, and VIP database with the network retrieval time of the 1999-2016 year, excluding low correlation, repetitive and old literature. 26 articles retained were reviewed. Results: The dual task virtual environment of computer assisted rehabilitation environment was helpful to improve the abnormal gait of stroke patients, so that the interactive, interesting and safety of rehabilitation training can be presented. The computer assisted rehabilitation environment has important clinical value and wide application prospect in the field of rehabilitation. It is worthy of further research and application in the field of rehabilitation of limb movement disorders.
