摘  要:目的:了解不同负荷水平的抗阻–有氧运动对中老年2型糖尿病患者的影响。方法:随机选取36名中老年2型糖尿病患者作为实验对象并进行运动负荷干预,高抗阻训练组18人,低抗阻训练组18人。两组分别进行为期12周运动干预并定期随访其生理、生化指标进行记录、分析。结果:高抗阻、低抗阻–有氧运动组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖及餐后两小时血糖及在实验前后变化显著(P 【0.01);高抗阻–有氧运动组中高密度脂蛋白有显著性的提高(P 【0.05);低抗阻–有氧运动组的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白明显增加(P 【0.05)。但两组间各指标无显著性差异。结论:不同负荷水平的抗阻–有氧联合运动均能改善中老年糖尿病患者的血脂、血糖,但负荷水平高低对结果并没有显著影响。Objective: To understand the effects of resistance-aerobic exercise at different load levels on middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: 36 middle-aged and elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected as experimental subjects and exercise intervention was conducted. There were 18 patients in the high-resistance training group and 18 in the resistance training group. Exercise intervention was conducted for 12 weeks in each group and physiological and biochemical indexes were followed up regularly.
