摘　　要：术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction, POCD)是老年患者髋关节置换术常见的术后并发症之一,随着我国进入老龄化社会,接受髋关节置换术的老年患者也不断增加。本文就老年患者髋关节置换术发生POCD的麻醉相关因素及围术期麻醉管理的研究进展做一综述。Postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD) is one of the common postoperative complications in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement. With China entering an aging society, the number of elderly patients undergoing hip replacement is increasing. This article reviews the research progress of anesthesia related factors and perioperative anesthesia management of POCD in elderly patients undergoing hip replacement.
