摘 要:慢性难愈性创面的防治一直是目前创面研究与临床工作中的重点和难点。近年来,针对该类创面的相关研究显示,各种细菌微生物为了适应周围环境而在该类创面中以生物膜的形式呈持续、混合存在,并可在生物膜的保护下不断增殖、分泌毒性因子,同时增强自身耐药性,削弱抗生素的杀菌作用,导致创面感染持续存在、愈合困难。因此,为了更好地指导慢性难愈性创面的防治,本文就慢性难愈性创面的分类、生物膜的组成与形成机制、生物膜影响创面愈合可能的机制、以及目前针对细菌生物膜的临床防治手段等做简要综述。The prevention and treatment of chronic refractory wounds have been the focus and difficulty in wound research and clinical work. In recent years, research on this type of wound has shown that various kinds of bacteria and micro-organisms exist in the form of biofilm continuously and they are mixed together to exist in order to adapt to the surrounding environment. And they can proliferate and secrete toxic factors under the protection of biofilm. At the same time, they can enhance their drug resistance, weaken the bactericidal effect of antibiotics, resulting in persistent wound infection and healing difficulty. Therefore, in order to guide the prevention and treatment of chronic refractory wounds better, this article reviews the classification of chronic refractory wounds, the composition and formation mechanism of biofilm, the possible mechanism of biofilm affecting wound healing, and the current clinical prevention and treatment of bacterial biofilm.
